Elementary Program

What sets Montessori apart in the Lower Elementary (6-9 years) and Upper Elementary (9-12 years) is the individualized curriculum that challenges children academically. Earlier experience in the Primary classroom has laid the foundation of a skill set that allows them to function in this new Elementary setting. Continued experience with hands-on learning enables the children to absorb further information in multiple ways.

Through Cosmic Education and Montessori's “Great Lessons,” children learn the interconnectedness of all things.  They become engrossed in zoology, botany, chemistry, cultural studies, history, math, language arts, and earth sciences.
